Flightless Howler

The Flightless Howler is a timid, nocturnal creature, which will appear in a board-game project I've been working on. This beasty feeds on small rodents and larger insets and will generally run when faced with danger. A male will typically grow a full set of antlers, used to court mates and fight off other threatening males.
It's obvious why it's flightless... but the name 'howler' comes from the shrill cry these creatures make, almost like a frightened woman crying out for help.
